When I started Troop Mahjong, I dreamed of creating more than just a game night — I wanted a sisterhood. A place where women could gather around the table, sip something sparkling, and feel that familiar mix of laughter, competition, and connection. Over time, that dream grew into a national community of Mahjong lovers who bring their sparkle, style, and spirit to every table they touch.

Now, Troop Mahjong is spreading its wings — from coast to coast, backyard patios to country clubs — thanks to the incredible women who make it happen. Whether you love showing up for the fun or you’re ready to lead the charge in your own city, there’s a special place for you here.

💖 Troop Mahjong Society Member

Who they are: Enthusiastic mahjong lovers who join the national Troop Mahjong community.

What they do:

• Participate in official TMS events, leagues, and Camp Troop Mahjong

• Earn merit stickers and fill their Merit Book

• Get access to exclusive member perks, announcements, and get early access to merch drops

Goal: Enjoy the social, stylish, and spirited side of mahjong with a nationwide sisterhood.

💚 Troop Mahjong Chapter Leader

Who they are: Approved instructors and who represent Troop Mahjong in their city.

What they do:

• Host Troop Mahjong–approved mahjong events and meet-ups 

• Purchase and distribute official TMS materials (Merit Books, stickers, prizes, jewelry, etc.)

• Encourage players in their city to join the national Troop Mahjong Society

Goal: Spread the Troop Mahjong experience by hosting events and distributing Troop Mahjong Merit Stickers locally and help grow the Troop Mahjong Society

Chapter Leaders host the magic. Society Members live the magic.
